How long are the classes?

Each session is packed with 45 minutes of engaging musical activities.

Do I have to commit to the full term?

Not at all! You have the flexibility to purchase casual classes whenever it aligns with your schedule. However, it’s worth noting that this option comes at a higher rate. For a more cost-effective choice, consider opting for a “Block of 5,” offering discounted rates for your convenience.

How does the block of 5 work?

Enjoy a discounted rate on 5 lessons, and the best part? You’ll have a generous 70 days to utilise every single one. Efficient and economical—what’s not to love?

What happens if my child can’t attend the class this week?

No worries at all! Whether you’re using our “Block of 5” or opting for casual lessons, our flexible booking system ensures you have options. If you can’t attend, simply shoot us a text at least 2 hours before the scheduled class time and we’ll be happy to reschedule the lesson for you! However, please note that this two-hour cancellation policy applies to both “Block of 5” and casual lesson bookings. If cancellation occurs after this window, the lesson will be charged as normal, and rescheduling or refunds won’t be available. Your convenience is our priority, but prompt communication is key!

What happens if my child is sick?

If you or your child are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, please reach out by texting the studio number (0407 410 124) at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled lesson. We understand the importance of maintaining a healthy environment, especially for immunocompromised minis and parents. We’ll be happy to reschedule the lesson for you, ensuring everyone’s safety and well-being. Thank you for helping us keep our studio a safe space for all!
